Philodendron in Love

Philodendron in Love was a logistical challenge in creating a form that goes against the materials nature. To get the impression of a cascading hanging philodendron, this piece was built on a podium with the vines falling over the edge. After the structure was set, the podium was carefully removed, leaving the vines to hang free.
